VAT is applied and indicated on the total basket according to the rate in force in France on the day the order is placed.
The minimum order value is €95 excluding VAT. For all orders under €95 excluding VAT, a supplement of €10 excluding VAT will be added to cover administrative costs.
All orders placed will be considered firm and definitive as soon as they have been validated by us.

2 - Terms of payment
Payment is made after ANTIKORP has validated and confirmed the order.
Accepted payment methods are :
Credit card by telephone (02 34 37 41 60 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday)
Cheque (payable to ANTIKORP - SAS SUBSIDIUM)
Bank transfer (the bank details will be sent to the customer once the order has been validated)
Discounts are granted according to the total amount of the order before tax:
Orders over €750 excluding VAT: 5% discount on the total amount
Orders over €1,500 excluding VAT: 10% discount on the total amount
Orders over €2,500 excluding VAT: 15% discount on the total amount (except Bioplast fantaisie, capped at 10%)
Discounts are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. They do not apply to prizes, and cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts.
Promotional codes published on neswletters are valid until December 31, 2015, once per customer account, and cannot be combined with other current offers.
ANTIKORP - SAS SUBSIDIUM retains full ownership of the goods until full payment has been received. The customer is liable for any damage caused by him during this period. The customer shall also inform ANTIKORP - SAS SUBSIDIUM within 48 hours in the event of seizure of unpaid goods by an authorized third party.
In the event of late payment, a penalty equal to 3 times the legal interest rate will be payable (Decree 2009-138 of February 9, 2009). For professionals, a minimum fixed indemnity of 40 euros for collection costs will be payable (Decree 2012-1115 of October 9, 2012).
In the event of a dispute over payment, and failing an amicable solution, the dispute will be referred to the competent court in Tours.
3 - Terms of delivery
Goods are sent via UPS 24/48h, invoiced at €13 excluding VAT for all orders under €300 excluding VAT.
Shipping is free for orders over €300 excluding VAT.

ANTIKORP - SAS SUBSIDIUM shall not be held responsible in the event of loss or damage of a parcel by the services of La Poste. The customer must inform ANTIKORP - SAS SUBSIDIUM in order to file a claim with La Poste and to obtain compensation for the damage suffered by the customer.
Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer must check the general condition of the goods. If the parcel is delivered damaged or deteriorated and this affects the contained merchandise, the customer must immediately file a claim with the carrier and inform ANTIKORP - SAS SUBSIDIUM.
4 - Return procedure
Prior to any return, the customer must contact ANTIKORP - SAS SUBSIDIUM in order to clearly state the problem with the goods received. ANTIKORP - SAS SUBSIDIUM must be notified within 14 days of receipt.
Only goods that are defective, damaged (except by the carrier) or not in conformity with those ordered may be returned.
With regard to jewelry worn by customers, we cannot be held responsible for misuse of the product. Please check with your customers first to determine the cause of any problems before contacting us.
